Empower lower-income families and their children with life-changing opportunities.
A teenager who skips school in order to work and support her struggling family may be making a sacrifice that could limit her future opportunities.

The Collective for a Stronger Society comprises 17 specially curated programmes that offer holistic, long-term support to lower-income families, enabling them to overcome barriers and achieve lasting change.

“KeyStart’s assistance has been invaluable to us. Without it, the stress would have been overwhelming. Now, we finally have a place to come home to and unwind. It’s peaceful. The children can study and prepare their meals comfortably. They finally have a place to call their own.”
Borhan, beneficiary of KeyStart’s Home Ownership Programme
Many lower-income families in Singapore face financial instability, making it harder to build a better future.
While Singapore has made progress in tackling social issues, many lower-income families are still on the path to stability. Through targeted programmes, we equip them with the tools, opportunities, and networks to build a stronger future.
Together, we can forge a stronger, more inclusive society where every family has the opportunity to thrive.
